There are many software programs that you can utilize to design and build
a good Web Pages. "NetObject Fusion”, “Adobe Image-Ready”, “Adobe Go-Live”, “Claris Home Page", “Microsoft FrontPage”, are some of the programs used to design / build web site packages that result in a
very professional web site. There are web development programs that are very good in creating "frame" type Web Pages, meaning that there are more than just the one Web Page when the site loads on a
computer. The page is broken up into different frames or smaller windows. These frames have different purposes, for example in a 4 frame type page, the “frame 1” (top), is the "Web Page Title" frame. The
"frame 2" (left), is normally the "Index or Table of Contents" frame. The "frame 3" (bottom), is normally the "E-mail" frame, and the "frame 4” (main or large right hand
frame), is the "Main Startup Information "frame.
