This Web Page has been designed for the purpose of providing information about PC Computer Technical Information. This includes information
about Hardware, Software and Tips / Tricks that have been utilized during repair of computers. Personnel in the organization have achieved many certifications associated with computers, (A+, MCP,
MCP+Internet, MCSE).
We are in the process of developing a "PC Technician's Pocket Guide". At present, we have developed and written a reference guide, "DOS Help Guide". This
guide is designed to help you with some of the basic Microsoft Disk Operating System (DOS) references and provide some explanation for them.

This "pocket guide" will provide information that I have learned and picked up throughout all my experiences and work performed. A large
amount of information is not referenced in
any tech. manuals or operating system manuals about computers and operating systems. This is only achievable by hands-on experience.
Relating to Computer Repair, there is an area that does not
have very much information published about it, that is “Printer Repair/Information”.
